ByteDance founder Zhang Yiming is personally leading a massive new AI project. The company is building an AI model that generates real-time, interactive 3D worlds.
This could completely change how we experience live streams and games as early as next month.
The details:
The system builds on ByteDance's Seedance model, creating video at 20 frames per second with just a 50-millisecond delay.
It renders everything in the cloud, meaning you will not need an expensive, heavy VR headset to run it.

Alibaba just dropped a huge upgrade for smart cars.
They built a single AI model that can drive the vehicle and talk to you at the same time. It is called Qwen-Drive 1.0, and it completely changes how self-driving cars see the road.

Alibaba's Qwen team and HUST researchers built Qwen-Drive 1.0 using their Qwen3.5-4B vision-language model.
The AI uses a special Bird's-Eye-View tool so it can actually understand 3D space and map out traffic.
It handles the car's driving plans and acts as your smart cockpit voice assistant all at once.
You can run this open-weight model yourself on a single GPU with just 24 GB of memory.
The team released the code and weights for free under an Apache 2.0 license on Hugging Face.
